Overview
IPTV4Play | Best IPTV Subscription with All Worldwide Channels provides digital subscription access (IPTV credentials and related services). Because delivery is electronic and often immediate, our refund rules are strict. Please read this policy before you pay.
1. General rule — limited refunds
Except where required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, all sales are final once payment is confirmed and access has been provisioned or credentials have been delivered to your account dashboard.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, device incompatibility if your device supports standard IPTV apps, partial months of unused time, or temporary outages caused by third-party networks, internet providers, or source feeds.
2. When we may issue a refund or credit
At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial credit, extension, or refund only if: (a) we failed to provision any access within a reasonable time after confirmed payment and could not remedy the issue; or (b) you were charged in duplicate for the same order through our checkout.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels within 7 days of purchase with your order email and payment reference. Requests without verifiable payment proof may be denied.
3. Free trials
Free trials are provided at no charge and are not refundable. Abuse of trials (multiple accounts, automation, or credential sharing) may result in permanent bans without notice.
4. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal/Stripe without contacting us first, we may treat the account as fraudulent, suspend service immediately, and permanently ban the account and related identifiers.
Filing a chargeback after receiving working credentials may be considered unjustified and we may submit evidence of delivery (dashboard logs, credential assignment timestamps, and support correspondence) to the payment provider.
5. Cancellations
You may stop using the Service at any time. Unless we offer auto-renewal (and you cancel before renewal), subscriptions do not automatically refund unused periods after activation.
We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, or in violation of our Terms before activation and refund the payment minus any non-refundable processor fees where applicable.
6. Technical support remedies
If you experience connection issues, contact support with your device type and app name. We may help troubleshoot configuration but we are not obligated to refund for user-side misconfiguration, weak internet, or ISP blocking.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a new effective date. Purchases after that date are subject to the updated policy.
